TEPS/AMD Parts Discrepancy Notice Instructions

From this screen, you may file a Parts Discrepancy Notice

If you have experienced a shortage, overage or new defective part:

  • Inspect all packages for confirmation of shortage, overage or defect
  • Have a copy of your packing slip ready for reference
  • Be prepared to fill out Parts Discrepancy Notice

In order to file a Parts Discrepancy Notice, we must ask that you provide us with a minimum amount of information. Please have the following facts available before filing your new claim:

  1. Dealer Name
  2. Contact and Telephone Number
  3. Claim Type
  4. Dealer Remarks
  5. Document Number (i.e. 37C12345)
  6. P.O. Number
  7. Part Number
  8. Order Qty.
  9. Rec'd Qty.

With this information available, proceed to file a Parts Discrepancy Notice. Please fill in the above information and other details as may be available. You are encouraged to print a copy of your claim. Once completed, you can click on the Submit button to file your claim.

You will be notified with a confirmation of your received discrepancy form via email with instructions regarding any part(s) disposition.
